Way Public Library 25th Year Expansion Celebration In-Person
Twenty-five years ago, thanks to our community support, Way Library expanded our building, creating more space for books, learning, programs, and the community we serve. Now, we’re celebrating 25 wonderful years in our larger home!
Join us for a special anniversary celebration filled with fun for all ages. Enjoy a delicious piece of anniversary cake, participate in kids’ trivia, a special storytime and scavenger hunt, and take a walk down memory lane as we look back at Way Library’s history and the many changes and milestones of the past quarter century.
As a special keepsake, guests can also receive a free, limited-edition silver-foiled bookmark commemorating this important anniversary.
Way Library Director Janel Haas shared, "While technology and the world around us have changed, one thing has stayed exactly the same: this library belongs to you, the patrons. This space was built by the community, for the community."
