Kim Mack Book Talk - Living Colour's Time's Up In-Person
In this talk focused on her forthcoming 33 1/3 series book, Living Colour’s Time’s Up, Kimberly Mack will explore her experience growing up in Brooklyn, New York in a family both musical and violent, and the ways in which that upbringing impacted her coming of age and musical listening, with a particular emphasis on how she learned to love and appreciate Grammy-winning Black rock band Living Colour.
