Bring your own mat and join us as we showcase a different Yoga with Adriene video each session. Adriene Mishler is an international yoga teacher and entrepreneur from Austin, Texas. Yoga with Adriene provides high quality practices on yoga and mindfulness at no cost to inspire people of all ages, shapes and sizes across the globe. This is not an instructor led course, but rather we will follow a workout from the Yoga with Adriene YouTube channel.
