Yoga with Maggie In-Person

Led by a certified library staff member, this 45-minute program focuses on simple stretches, mindful breathing, and basic poses to help improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation. No prior experience needed—just wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel. Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a calm space to unwind, all are welcome to this inclusive and supportive session.
