Base Camp Stories - A Guide to Lazy Foraging In-Person
Tim Brown’s interest in foraging peaked later in life, seeking to make foraging “safe and easy.” This prompted the writing of his book, The Lazy Forager, which he describes as “a wry, witty friend keeping you company on walks in the park or while you lounge on a cushion of clover. A friend who wants to share their knowledge and passion for nature, while reminding you to smell (and taste) the roses.” Join Tim as he shares more about his book and his experiences in foraging.
Join Wood County Parks and Way Public Library this winter as we invite local outdoorsmen and women to share stories of their adventures, provide information on their planning, background, gear, and experience to inspire us for our own next outdoor adventures!
