Outdoor Mindfulness and Nature Journaling In-Person
Does it feel like the world is moving too fast? Join our naturalist-in-residence Emma Taylor for a program to help you slow down and connect with nature. Trained in Mindfulness Meditation, Emma will get the class started with a calming exercise and then move out into nature to guide the class in a session of nature journaling. Nature Journals will be provided, feel free to bring any favorite pens or pencils you would like to use.
This program will take place in-person at W.W. Knight Nature Preserve. Registration is required and space is limited. Masks and social distancing are required for the duration of the program. This program is intended for adults.
