Managing Stress and Anxiety In-Person

Stress and Anxiety are common struggles that affect almost everyone at one point or another, especially around the holidays. They can, however, become overwhelming and hard to manage. Join Rachel Campana, MSW, LISW and Breanna DeSandro, LPCC, CTRS and learn how to identify your triggers and develop a plan to combat them, so that you can better enjoy your day-to-day interactions.

 

Breanna DeSandro, LPCC, CTRS

Breanna DeSandro is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Nationally Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist with Mercy Health. She received her Master’s in Professional Counseling from Spring Arbor University and Bachelor’s in Recreational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University.

Breanna is passionate about taking a holistic approach to improving well-being and exploring the impact that both individual and societal factors may have on an individual’s health.  She pursues an integrative approach to therapy that focuses on awareness-building, acceptance, value-driven exercises, self-compassion, emotion regulation and coping skills, while creating a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere to empower individuals to be themselves and be heard.  Her clinical interests include post trauma issues, eating disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, identity development, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and group therapy.

Rachel Campana MSW, LISW

Rachel Campana is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.  She received a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh with a certificate in Integrated Health.

Rachel utilizes a variety of approaches including play and art techniques and other evidenced-based practices to help clients achieve their specific goals and experience a more fulfilled life.  Rachel works with adults as well as children, adolescent and their families.  Rachel’s clinical interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Grief, stress management, coping skills and self-esteem.
