Show Me the Movie - Armageddon Time In-Person
This coming-of-age story is inspired by screenwriter/director John Gray’s childhood in Queens in the 1980s. He’s heard the stories of his grandparents fleeing antisemitism of 1920s Ukraine. Now at age 11 he is pulled out of public school and enrolled in a prestigious private school and he learns of his family’s own biases against Black people.
